These Terms of Service govern your use of Cooki, a mobile application operated by Fourth and Centre Pty Ltd. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Cooki is free to download and use, with the following tiers:
The Cooki subscription is billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings at any time.
Cooki provides the following features:
You retain full ownership of any photos or content you upload to the app. By uploading content, you grant Cooki a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it within the app solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We only collect your email address for account access. We do not track analytics or collect other personal information. User photos are stored securely using Firebase services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Cooki does not directly handle or store any payment or billing information.
Cooki requires an active internet connection to generate meals and sync preferences with the cloud. We are not responsible for any limitations arising from lack of connectivity.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it by means other than the interface provided, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Cooki is provided "as is." While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of generated recipes, we make no warranties regarding the suitability of meal suggestions for specific dietary or medical requirements. Always consult a professional for specific dietary advice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of New South Wales.
